• Adaptive Sports and Recreation Association<\/a> is for disabled athletes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• American Council for the Blind – Colorado<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• Arkansas Disability Coalition<\/a>\u00a0is “a statewide organization that assists families and individuals with all types of disabilities by providing information, support, resources, and training.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• Assistive Technology Partners<\/strong>\u00a0 is a program through the University of Colorado Denver, Anschutz Medical Campus.\u00a0 Their mission is “…to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their highest potential through the use of assistive technology, by providing exemplary clinical services, consultation, education, research and innovative technology development.”\u00a0 There is a wealth of helpful information on their website<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0Thank you Elmer George for bringing this program to my attention.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• The National Audubon Society sponsors Birdability<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>

• Fishing Has No Boundaries<\/a> is a “National Organization with 23 chapters in 11 states.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• Limb Loss Alliance<\/a>\u00a0 bills itself as “The Information Super Highway of Support and Information for the benefit of the amputee Community and their family and carers within the United Kingdom.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

• Outdoors For All<\/a> is a Seattle-based\u00a0nonprofit organization “providing year round instruction in outdoor recreation for people with physical, developmental, and sensory disabilities since 1979. Outdoors for All\u2019s year round programming includes snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing, cycling, hiking, river rafting, canoeing and kayaking, day camps, water skiing, rock-climbing, camping and Custom Events.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
