href=\"http:\/\/www.pc.gc.ca\/eng\/pn-np\/ns\/cbreton\/visit\/acces.aspx#trails\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The park has few accessible trails. \u00a0We walked the <a title=\"Middle Head Trail\" href=\"http:\/\/www.trailpeak.com\/trail-Middle-Head-Cape-Breton-near-Ingonish-NS-1881\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Middle Head trail<\/a> from Ingonish. \u00a0It is just 2 1\/4 miles, not at all wheel chair accessible and I would have thought too rough for most disabled people. \u00a0However in spite of a heart condition and a bum knee, mile \u00a0wheelchair accessible loop <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Freshwater Lake Trail<\/span> at Ingonish Beach<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessiblenature.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/wheelchair_symbol_blue.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1212\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accessiblenature.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/wheelchair_symbol_blue.png\" alt=\"Wheelchair Accessible\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/><\/a>The Bog Trail is half an hour from Cheticamp and is a short wheelchair accessible boardwalk loop. \u00a0There are interpretive signs and we were there in June when the pitcher plants were in bloom. \u00a0Later in the year there
