\nThis is flat country and these trails seem to be easy from the web descriptions. \u00a0Be sure to check with the refuge to be sure they are suitable for you.
\nOld Railroad Passage Trail \u00a03 miles round trip. \u00a0“You\u2019ll pass through Maquam Bog\u2014home to rare and unique plant species such as rhodera, pitch pine and the state threatened Virginia chain fern. The trail ends at Maquam Bay, which provides habitat for waterfowl and other water birds.
